These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the Wutum platform, a digital management solution for entrepreneurs, merchants and businesses, accessible internationally.

Any use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all users, regardless of their country of residence.

Certain legal obligations may vary according to the user's jurisdiction (Africa, Europe, United States, etc.). Wutum is committed to complying with applicable regulatory frameworks, particularly regarding data protection.

3. Platform Access

Access to Wutum requires the creation of a user account.

  • The user guarantees that the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
  • They are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity performed from their account.

4. Service Description

Wutum provides management tools including:

  • sales and payment tracking,
  • expense management,
  • inventory management,
  • customer and supplier management,
  • data analysis via dashboards.

The services offered may evolve and vary according to the subscription plan.

5. Compliant Use

The user agrees to use Wutum:

  • in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in their country,
  • for legal and professional purposes,
  • without infringing on the rights of third parties.

Any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

6. Wutum's Liability

Wutum implements the necessary technical and organizational means to ensure the availability and security of the platform.

However, Wutum cannot be held responsible for:

  • temporary interruptions related to maintenance or external causes,
  • indirect losses (loss of revenue, business data, etc.),
  • decisions made by the user based on information provided by the platform.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

  • Prices, payment terms and renewal conditions are specified during subscription.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments made are non-refundable.

8. Personal Data and Regulatory Compliance

Wutum processes personal data in compliance with applicable regulations, including:

  • laws in force in Senegal and the WAEMU area,
  • the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union,
  • data protection principles applicable in the United States.

9. Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by Senegalese law, except for mandatory provisions applicable to the user according to their jurisdiction.

In case of dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred before any legal action.
